Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. You will be charged the full value of your session for any “no show” or cancellation less than 24 hours from the start time of your appointment.
THERAPEUTIC
Our most popular massage is designed to reduce tension, elongate soft tissue, and increase circulation. We use a combination of myofascial therapy, trigger point, cross-fiber and deep Swedish techniques.

RELAXATION
Relax with a scalp and temple massage and long deep Swedish strokes. Warm jojoba oil replaces massage cream, complemented with a finish of lavender scented hot towels on back and feet. Our most relaxing and therapeutic experience.

Postural
This massage targets the neck, shoulders, mid and lower back, upper chest, and base of skull. We designed this for our clients dealing with postural deficiencies or work related stress and tension.

Heat
Our full body hot stone massage is combined with therapeutic techniques to create the ideal combination of relaxation and tension relief. Perfect to reduce muscle and soft tissue fatigue, and increase circulation.

Sports
Ideal for athletes or anyone with a physically active lifestyle, the benefits of our sports massage include increased joint range of motion, flexibility, and sense of well being. Our clients also experience a decrease in muscle tension.

Arnica
Arnica infused massage oil is used to treat muscular aches joint pain, and arthritis. Arnica is also used for bruises, sprains, muscle soreness, and muscle spasms associated with sports activities.

Cupping
Gently warmed silicone cups create suction when applied to the soft tissue areas of concern. This process separates muscle from fascia, increases blood-flow and prepares soft tissue for therapeutic massage.

CBD
CBD oil is used to reduce inflammation, increase circulation, repair sore and fatigued soft tissue, and reduce joint aches and pain. We finish this massage with CBD topical analgesic for additional pain relief.

MOBILE SERVICES
We now offer mobile massage services to the areas of Sudbury, Wellesley, Weston, Lincoln, Wayland, Framingham, and Natick. In-home massage provides the convenience of never having to leave your home for a quality massage. Your therapist arrives to your home with all necessary equipment and supplies while you relax in the comfort of your home.
